Update!

They always say to start with the bad news right?  Here is a quick life update...

Friday 10/24
So I FINALLY got the results of my MRI with the contrast solution injection (OUCH!) - It turns out I DO have a labrum tear in my hip. :(  Is it weird that as much as this stinks, I was a little relieved that there is actually a cause for at least some of my pain??  Sooo now I have to go see a surgeon who will hopefully tell me that I don't actually have to have surgery!! = )  (Here's hopin!!) Unfortunately, I can't get in to see him until December.  I am so so so thankful that I have discovered these Power Strips - I can't even tell you!!


Monday 10/27
I woke up this morning, did my PIYO work out and took a shower like a do every day.  I was brushing my teeth when I realized I was in virtually no pain!!  I honestly don't remember the last time that happened.  Last night, I cut a strip in half and put the pieces in slightly different places, so I'm not sure if that did it or if it sort of builds up in your system, but whatever it is I am psyched!!  I don't remember the last time I was this excited about something!  I just want to tell everyone about how much these strips have helped me in just a few weeks.
